Job Description
The job description should contain:
- Company profile, values and vision.
- Brand description (link to website): look and feel, logo, name.
- Applicant requirements/profile (university degree, experience (highly important), .
- Job Specification: Description of what the applicant would do and be responsible for.
- Application Documents required.
Standardized Questions
These are questions all applicants get at the beginning of the selection process.
Review of Application Documents
Testing / Verifying Qualifications (every steps sorts out candidates)
- Tool to display a variety of good attributes among which the applicant has to choose. (e.g. Harrison Assessment)
- Short interviews, 20min: standardized questions, open questions (shows you what the candidates emphasize), career path, vibe.
- Physiological test: maybe (e.g. Ray Dalio: Principles of work)
- Test case (with the best candidates): simulating work activity, standardized and measurable test criteria.
