June 20, 2023: Germany’s federal coalition government through its representatives in the BNetzA Advisory Board has urged the Federal Networks Agency/BNetzA to ensure competition in the mobile communications industry. “Fair and non-discriminatory access for service providers and mobile virtual network operators in the wholesale market must be ensured, " their amendment read. The coalition government has asked BNetzA to provide it with “comprehensive information on the current market situation” until the agency meets again.
