Perhaps we can list management, culture, competition, founders with the company?, market share, industry growth rate, etc.,in a table and assign each a certain percentage depending on our confidence level. The total should come to 100%. If the company exceeds a certain percentage eg 90% we can conclude that the investment on that company is great( or any other term). Each fundemental can have different weights eg management =30%, competition 20%, founders with the company?=5%, etc | |||
