To understand whether there is a high employee turnover at Sixt, we went through profiles of senior executives at LinkedIn. The goal was to find out those who were appointed or promoted to a certain role between January 2023 and September 2024. Out of  the 200 profiles checked, over 52  joined the company or were promoted. That is a turnover of around 26% which is higher than a turnover of between 10% and 12% that is considered good for a company<ref>https://www.pwc.com/sk/en/workforce/staff-turnover.html</ref>. Given that Sixt is currently trying to cut costs, it's highly unlikely that some leadership roles were created.
